Cando WalSlide Slim is a lightweight exercise station for resistance exercise band and tubing exercisers. The lightweight channel anchors to wall studs. The sliding band and tubing anchor glide along center channel and locks in place at desired height. The adjustable anchor adjusts to any height along the 36" channel. The station works with any elastic band or tubing and facilitates upper and lower body workouts. Pulley attachment accessory for Original WalSlide exercise station accessory. Use on overhead section for over the should pulley action, or use on vertical section for across the body pulley exercises. Pulley attachment consists of anchor, pulley wheel, pulley rope and handles. The pre-assembled set attaches to the sliding WalSlide anchor. Height adjustable overhead section for Original WalSlide exercise station. Two foot horizontal overhead section comes with locking band and tubing anchor that slides along center channel of overhead section. Anchor can be locked in place at optimal distance away from wall. Pulley system, band or tubing (not included) can be attached to anchor to perform exercises. Adjustable overhead section comes with sliding attachment mechanism to lock the overhead section in place at ANY height along vertical Original WalSlide section.
