Shipping Policy

We have chosen the best carriers and shipping methods to assure that our customers have a satisfying and pleasant fulfillment experience. will ship to all 50 states.

Standard Shipping Rates

Shipments to all 48 contiguous states is calculated based on the following simple rules:

  • $9.99 for All orders under $99
  • FREE for All orders $99+

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii

There may be additional shipping and handling charges to these locations. These additional fees will depend on the weight and size of each order. will notify you by e-mail with in 24 hours of shipping if there are additional charges.

Special Handling and Rush Shipments

We realize that some of our customers will want to ship their orders for overnight delivery or 2 day service. For your convenience, shipping upgrades are available on many items. These items will show on the finalize order page with a box under "Special Shipping Available". Unfortunately we can't offer shipping upgrades on all our products due to the expense from the shipper on large items. If the item is not available for a shipping upgrade, the N/A symbol will be present.

To upgrade shipping on your order

    1. Once you have placed your items in the shopping cart, click the check out button on the bottom right of the page. The "Finalize Order" page will appear. Your items show after your billing and shipping information on the page in a grid.
    2. A check box appears to the left of the Cat # under Special Shipping Available for each item if applicable. An N/A appears to the left of those products not available for special shipping at this time.
    3. Simply check off each product you wish to receive a special shipping quote.
    4. Once these items are selected, use the "REQUEST FOR SPECIAL SHIPPING" button below the item list. A new screen will pop up with the shipping charges for Next Day Air, 2-Day Air and Regular ground shipping for the items checked. If you have checked more than 1 item, it may not be possible to receive an automatic estimate due to warehouse location incompatibility and you will receive a message to call the office or to email your request. We will be happy to work this special shipping estimate up for you manually and answer any questions.
        • Next Day Air - Orders received prior to 2:00 pm Eastern Standard time, Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Orders received Friday will deliver Monday. Weekend orders deliver Tuesday (except holidays). Weekend deliveries not available.
        • 2 Day Air - Orders received prior to 2:00 pm Eastern Standard time, Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Orders received Friday will deliver Tuesday. Weekend orders deliver Wednesday (except holidays). Weekend deliveries not available.
        • Standard Ground Shipping - You still have the option to send the entire order standard ground shipping as outlined in our shipping policy.

      If you choose to send 1 or 2 items special shipping and the remainder of your order ground shipping, standard shipping rates apply to the remainder of your order and will be charged in addition to the special shipping rate. See Shipping Rates for details.


Select the type of shipping you would like to upgrade to under the following conditions:

  1. You will be returned to the "Finalize Order" page and the additional charges will be reflected in your total.
  2. If all is satisfactory, finalize your order by clicking the "Finalize Order" button at the bottom of your page.

Carriers used for most shipments:

  • Federal Express Home Delivery
  • United Parcel Post (UPS) Home Deliver
  • United States Postal Service
  • Various LTL Carriers

We reserve the right to choose a carrier that will provide the best service for your specific order and location.

Shipping Times

Most shipments will be delivered in 2-4 working days, however this depends upon shipping locations, day of order, and weight of items shipped. You should allow 2 to 6 working days for most orders. Certain oversized items could take longer, however you will be notified of an approximate delivery date after we receive verification from the shipper. Sorry, we do not offer weekend deliveries at this time.

Tracking Orders

Most shipments are assigned tracking numbers and can be traced on-line through FedEx or UPS. You can find your order tracking number in Your Account/ Order History or ask our Customer Support for assistance.
