Free standard freight shipping includes Dock to Dock Shipping. This requires your facility to either have a loading dock or access to a forklift, and it is your responsibility to offload your order from the truck and transport it to its final location. 1. Liftgate (Standard Curbside Delivery): Standard Curbside Delivery includes a liftgate which will lower your goods to ground level. The carrier will only remove the goods from the liftgate only, you will still be responsible for bring the items into your facility. This option will add a flat fee of $125 to your order total.
2. DTS White Glove Service: CME’s DTS White Glove Service takes care of everything from the time the order is shipped till it is delivered into your room. We receive the item, inspect it for any damages, schedule a delivery time with you, deliver and place your equipment inside your home/office room, unpack, assemble/install/set it up, and removal all debris/packaging materials.
