The PS-8070 provides a truly versatile sports and fitness scale that can accurately weigh both people and packages up to 500 lbs. Convenient battery power allows user to place the scale anywhere – no outlet or re-charging needed! The sturdy handrails can be grasped easily to help steady the user while still providing an accurate measurement. Efficient alkaline battery power (six C-cell batteries included) is designed to last over 80,000 measurements and provides a quick 2 second weight measurement under normal conditions. Calibration can be done with any sure weight over 100 lbs. Additional features include auto zero, automatic tare and stored tare, as well as programmable settings including auto-off time, "always-on" option, audible beep, and lb. or kg. lockout.

Once on the platform, the weight of most patients will be displayed in 2 seconds. however if the scale detects excessive movement, MotionLock automatically activates and computes an accurate weight - generally within 0.2 pounds of the "true stable weight".
