Inspection
CME's technicians are available to perform incoming equipment inspections so new medical equipment is ready for immediate use. We can also perform regulatory inspections to help keep equipment in compliance with established standards and regulations.


Preventive Maintenance
We can perform annual preventive maintenance for commonly used medical equipment and devices including vital signs monitors, AEDs, defibrillators, autoclaves, infusion pumps, suction units, IT workstations, beds, stretchers, wheelchairs, and patient lifts.

Medical equipment serviced by CME is tagged with a unique identifier. Our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) tracks maintenance records, archives historical data, and offers regulatory-compliant asset management.

Our Biomedical Equipment Technicians can help healthcare providers ease the strain on BMET staff for large one-off projects or by coming along side and complementing internal resources with asset tagging, incoming inspections, repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance.

We employ and train our own technicians, assuring the highest level of technical support for our clients.
Our technicians undergo a structured training program requiring over 350 hours of hands on experience and completion of industry certifications or an associates level degree in applied sciences such as biomedical or electrical engineering at the time they are hired.
Incoming technician's skills are assessed and they are paired with a senior CME technicians for 90-270 days, based on their skill level.
Continuing education and training is available to all CME technicians through our manufacturing partners, regulatory bodies, and on-line classes to ensure our teams remain current with technology advances and regulations.
CME encourages the advancement of each of their technicians in the field of biomedical engineering and contributes to their certifications.
