The Welch Allyn BUR280-81X 12-Lead Multi-Channel Electrocardiograph provides comprehensive functionality in a portable, touchscreen device. The easy-to-use device is designed to meet the demands of high-volume ECG environments in both acute care and physician office environments. The widescreen data layout allows for easy menu navigation, fast entry of patient information and clear verification of proper electrode connections. It offers proven ECG performance, digital integration and VERITAS algorithm accuracy with more than 30 years of expertise for a more confident interpretation. Choose between the innovative WAM wireless acquisition module or the AM12 acquisition module. Both include replaceable lead wires, lead fail indicator and remote control with buttons for ECG acquisition and rhythm printing.

The unique WAM Wireless Acquisition Module benefits both patients and clinicians:

  • Equivalent in size and weight to a conventional wired patient cable, the Wireless Acquisition Module provides freedom of movement for the clinician while acquiring electrocardiograms and during cardiac stress testing. With the Wireless Acquisition Module, the electrocardiograph no longer needs to be right at the patient’s bedside; this is particularly advantageous in critical situations or when the patient is in isolation.
    • Dedicated, secure communication links the module to a single ECG/cardiac stress testing system.
