This cart provide an added level of protection against dust and debris. Features a full seal around the door perimeter and center stop. Withstands cart wash/dry temperatures and sanitizing detergents.
Features:
Fully-welded all stainless steel construction
Exterior push handles for better control and more interior space
Integrated silicon door seal installed on the interior of the doors, including the seam between the doors. The seal protects the sterile contents inside of the cart from the outside environment.
Sloped Bottom
The 2° slope forces fluids to the back of the cart for fluid containment. The contained fluids will drain out the front of the -cart during cart washing.
Standard Casters
Carts come with 6" diameter swivel chrome casters and a 1.25" wide wheel.
Total Lock Brake
Optional feature recommended for offsite sterile processing. Casters can be locked after carts are loaded onto trucks.
Heavy Duty Casters
Optional Stainless Steel 6" diameter casters with a 2" wide wheel. Higher load rating for improved durability. Two Swivel Casters on the pushing end of the cart and two rigid casters on the opposite end.
Cartstat Wheel
Cartstat mounts directly to the back side of the cart providing clear communication of the cart's content status. Designed for compliance with OSHA standard CFR 1910.1030, ANSI/AAMI ST 79.
