Crystal-Clear Gourmet Ice
Thanks to its innovative evaporator, this unit produces crystal-clear gourmet ice cubes that measure 1" x 1.13" x 1.25". The size and longevity of these gourmet cubes make them ideal for re-icing glasses. Their non-stick and slow-melting qualities make scooping a breeze.
Compact Size
Ideal for operators with limited space, this ice machine's field reversible door and compact design allows it to be placed in tight locations. At a shade under 15" wide and just 22" deep, it will fit on shelves, under counters, in food trucks, or in outdoor settings.
Included Ice Scoop
Its access area accommodates a large, dishwasher-safe scoop that will cut down on the trips you have to make back and forth from the ice machine to the beverage area.
Intuitive Controls
This ice machine's control panel is easy to use, as it sports intuitive controls that indicate whether the unit is on or off. It will also alert you to when it is time to check the water and clean it.
Efficient Operation
In order to make upkeep easier and extend the time between routine maintenance, the unit features a water quality sensor, which is designed to purge mineral-laden water with every harvest cycle. Also approved for outdoor use, this unit comes with a built-in pump and 10' drain tube to expel wastewater. Includes internal drain pump, which is intended for use in applications where a floor drain is not available.
