In addition to the conventional coated speculums, Wallach offers the unique Ultimate Reusable Speculum (909100), which is made of solid, specialized polymer for ultimate patient comfort and available in standard medium Graves. The Ultimate Reusable Speculum is fully autoclavable, easy to care for, and completely non-conductive for use during electrosurgery. Since there is no metal below the non-conductive polymer, accidental scratching of the surface cannot result in a patient burn. Also available from Wallach are coated Endocervical Speculums (909168 and 909169) that provide access to the cervical canal or the os. The Lateral Vaginal Wall Retractor (909069) can fit into a standard speculum and holds vaginal walls to permit exposure to the cervix.
