The BR Surgical Integrated Endoscopy Light Source, Camera, and Monitor System is a complete endoscopic video solution. The all-in-one video system includes a camera head, a 50 watt Xenon light source, and a 10.4 inch monitor. Unlike other video endoscopy systems, the combination camera from BR Surgical combines the most critical video endoscopy components in one compact unit, eliminating the need to purchase separate hardware. The camera system's compact size and ease of use makes it ideal for in-office use by a wide range of physicians.
During operation, users can adjust the power settings through the rotary dial on the unit or through an included 3 button handpiece. When power adjustments are made through the handpiece, users will hear an audible beep to indicate the change. The Bovie Derm Desiccators display their current power settings on a large easy to read LED display. An optional foot switch is available (A803) for users who would prefer to activate the 10 Watt Desiccator with their feet - See above for the A803 footswitch. Included with both the Derm 101 and 102 Desiccators are 18 disposable dermal tips. These include (10) non-sterile dermal tips, (4) sterile dermal tips, (2) non-sterile blunt dermal tips, and (2) sterile blunt dermal tips. Additionally, the Bovie Desiccators will accept most standard 3/32" electrodes. Also included is a pair of sheaths for the handpiece, a wall mount kit, a hospital-grade power cord, and a user guide.In addition to having all of the same features as the Derm 101, the Derm 102 offers bipolar electrosurgery. Users who require this feature are required to have the A803 footswitch, the A827V forceps cable, and a set of bipolar forceps - these items must be purchased separately, see below for these additional products.Bovie High Frequency Desiccators ship ready to use out of the packaging.
