The hamper stand is an ideal aid to hold large hampers for the safe disposal of dirty laundry or soiled linens. The hamper stand is suitable to be used in hospitals, private clinics, operating rooms and home care settings.
The hamper stand is designed to support medium to large hampers with their capacities ranging from 36 to 42 gallons. It works similar to a cart that can be pushed and moved around. An extra rod is attached horizontally to provide additional support to certain bag designs. The use of this rod is entirely optional. The stand has a strong chrome plated steel construction that ensures enhanced durability and longevity. The chrome plating also gives the stand a glossy and attractive look. The stand features a poly coated steel lid that measures 19.5" in length and 19" in width. The lid keeps the contents of the hamper covered when not in use. This lid is connected to a non-slip pedal at the bottom of the stand that has to be pressed down to open the lid while making the disposal.
The chrome plated hamper stand is equipped with four swivel casters that measure 3" in diameter. These casters allow users to transport the stand easily and effortlessly whether it is full or empty. Two of these casters have locking mechanisms that help keep the stand securely in one position for use.
