The Harloff 3123 IV start cart is designed to reduce the risk of accidental needle sticks to patients and staff while improving the efficiency of IV and epidural procedures. It provides compact storage for point of use supplies. The 3123 cart comes with a dual work surface, articulating arm, waste container, and sharps container.
