Omnimed Custom Printed Tyvek Chart Dividers are made of strong tear resistant synthetic tyvek material.
Our fade resistant dividers have tabs that are printed on both sides, and have Mylar reinforced holes and tabs. Divider sets are compatible with other charting systems and ship in collated packages. They are available in either top open 5 hole or side open 7 hole sets with three tab copy options.
