With the ability to produce up to 530 lbs of ice per day, this Scotsman FS0522W-1 Prodigy Plus water cooled flake ice machine will keep up with the ice demands of your restaurant, bar, or institution. This unit produces flake ice, which cools more quickly than other ice forms and is ideal for seafood and produce displays, as well as for salad bar fruits and vegetables.
In order to make upkeep easier and extend the time between routine maintenance, this unit features AutoAlert lights that indicate when it's time to descale and sanitize as well as removable panels for easy access to internal components and the diagnostics interface. This ice machine's air filter is removable and reusable.
This water cooled unit can be used with a compatible ice bin (sold separately) to meet your ice-making needs. The unit is equipped with 2 circuit wires, and consumes 3.73 kWh of energy per 100 lbs of ice produced. It consumes 12 gallons of potable water per 100 lb. of ice, and uses R-404A refrigerant. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
