Each Detecto In-Bed Scale is equipped with a model 750 Digital Weight Indicator with 4 direction arrows and 5 easy-to-press membrane style keys for convenient menu navigation. Large 3/4 inch tall LCD digits provide an easy-to-read bold readout. Perfect for clinics, hospitals and physicians' offices, the model 750 Weight Indicator calculates BMI and features a LOCK/RELEASE key for weight retention as well as a ZERO key to easily subtract bedding weight. Detecto Digital Weight Indicators are powered by 6 AA batteries (not included) or by an optional AC adaptor - See accessories below. The Detecto 750 is crafted from durable, heavy duty steel and provides unit conversions for lb and kg. The compact design allows the 750 Digital Weight Indicator to be easily removed from the scale for easy battery replacement.

The Detecto IBFL500 is equipped with a fixed base and is rated for a weight capacity of 500 lbs, whereas the IB800 is fitted with an adjustable base and rated for weights up to 800 lbs. The IB800's adjustable base locks in place by use of a sturdy, conveniently placed handle, allowing the in-bed scale to easily fit in tight areas and through doorways. Each scale features full-swivel locking ball bearing casters and an adjustable weighing arm for patient stability and comfort.

The Detecto In-Bed Scales includes a 6 foot long Sure-Chek flame-retardant, self-deodorizing, anti-bacterial stretcher intended for placement underneath the patient prior to lifting above the bed for weighing purposes.
