Novum Medical Restraint Straps are useful for preventing disturbed or agitated patients from injuring themselves or medical staff. The Medical Restraints are available as large body restraints with 96, 108, 120, or 132 inch lengths or as smaller, 30-inch wrist restraints. Hospital Restraints are suitable for use with most beds and stretchers, as well as other medical equipment. Medical Body Restraints feature heavy duty construction and a secured with metal clamp fasteners. Hooks are available to attach to anchor points or to fasten the Restraint Straps into loops. Wrist Restraints are 4 inches wide and are secured with strong Velcro® brand fasteners. Novum Medical Restraints are proudly made in the USA.

The SR Instruments SRV710 Marine/Zoological Scale is designed for weighing large zoo or aquating animals, either in their habitat or in holding pen. The Large Animal Scale has a 2000 lb (907 kg) capacity with a 0.2 lb (0.1 kg) resolution. The Platform Scale is safe for use around salt or fresh water making it ideal for all zoos, aquariums, and other wildlife preservations.

Configured as a large platform, the SRV710 and SRV711 enhances husbandry training by allowing animals, such as dolphins, to be weighed using an easily trained beaching behavior. In the case of pinnepeds and other animals, they may be conditioned to walk up onto the scale or weighed in standard transport cages. In most cases manpower is reduced to a single person once the animal is trained. This along with the ease of use will allow for increased "weigh-ins" thus providing a larger sampling of weight data resulting in improved health care.

The platform also incorporates "edge anchors" which will prevent the platform from moving when used in a poolside beaching application.

The Zoological Scale is available in two models. Model SRV710 features a built in display. The SRV710 also includes Bluetooth capability which allows for a remote connection between the Scale and an included tablet device. The included tablet features an SRScales app which allows users to view weights in real time as well as access all of the same functionality present on the scale itself including weigh, zero, and pounds or kilograms. Model SRV711 features a remote control display and does not include Bluetooth capability or a tablet device. Aside from these differences, both models feature the exact same functionality.
