All models of the Compact Subzero Freezer are available with 32-inch, ADA-compliant heights. The VT65M7 NSF-7 Freezers with standard heights (not ADA models) include several unique features to aid in the units' operation. In addition to the normal range of the dial thermostat, there is a "super" mode that runs the compressor continuously. This mode is useful for initial set-up of the Mini Freezer, for large amounts of unfrozen items, or for deep-freezing. Next to the thermostat, in the upper right corner, are two indicator lights. A yellow light illuminates whenever the compressor is on (illuminated continuously in "super" mode) and a red light indicates a temperature-related problem. The VT65M7 Freezers are ETL-S listed to NSF and ANSI standards and are available with a large number of options for any facility or use. These Summit Compact Freezers are available with a front lock for security. Medical Freezer models with locks are also available with a variety of upgraded features. Summit Appliance Freezers do not produce environmentally-harmful CFC chemicals.Only the VT65M7, VT65ML7, VT65M7ADA, and VT65ML7ADA models feature user-reversible doors, allowing the swing of the door to swing right or left, to be best suited to the layout of any room.The VT65ML7PLUS2 and VT65ML7PLUS2ADA Freezer models include all of the above standard features, with the addition of a traceable digital thermometer. The thermometer uses a glycol bottle sensor to accurately measure and display the current, low, and high temperatures to the nearest tenth. Temperatures can be displayed in °C or °F at the touch of a button.
