The Detecto Mariner® Compact Submersible Scale meets neonatal facility requirements, for unmatched durability, functionality, and accuracy, right down to the gram.
Constructed from stainless steel with a watertight AC plug, this compact scale is completely submersible underwater for easy cleaning. Its durable body resists corrosion and the easy wash-down feature reduces bacterial contamination in its nooks and crannies. It also includes a removable, 5/8 inches-deep stainless steel tray with raised edges, making clean up even more effortless.
Raised buttons are tactile and easy to use, with a dedicated UNIT key that toggles through different weight capacity displays, in both decimals and fractions. The large blue LCD display is backlit, with 1-inch (25 mm) high bold digits that are easy to read even in dim light conditions. The convenient tare function allows removal of dry diaper weight and measures fluid output. It also has a powerful, rechargeable 80-hour battery pack that automatically shuts off to conserve energy and makes the scale movable and portable to use anywhere.
