Detecto's Remote Indicator Scale features 6 user-friendly buttons for operation to make measuring weight quick and easy. The Portable Clinical Scale offers power-up zero and BMI calculation, where the user's height may be entered using the Up and Down arrow keys. An auto weight locking feature allows for viewing and recording measurements after weighing and with StableSENSE® adjustable filtering, potential changes in weight readings as a result of movement on the scale's platform during weighing are removed or greatly reduced. A battery saver feature (disabled when using an AC adapter) automatically powers down the Bariatric Weighing Scale after one minute of inactivity in order to preserve battery life. The remaining battery power level is indicated on the screen.
The APEX-RI Physician's Scale by Detecto has an integrated carrying handle for portability and includes a 6' (1.8 m) cable for connecting the remote indicator to the scale's base. A wall/desktop mounting bracket is included so that the remote indicator may be positioned conveniently on a wall or desk. The Portable Medical Scale features a lift-off platform cover for easy cleaning or to replace the 12 AA batteries. For connectivity, Detecto's Remote Indicator Scale has 2 RS232 serial ports and 1 micro-USB-B port and is HL7 IEEE 11073 compliant. The Bariatric Weight Scale comes ready to use out of the box with no assembly needed and is powered by either 12 AA batteries (not included) or an AC adapter. Multiple models of the Medical Scale are available, with options for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth™ connectivity or an included international power adapter. Detecto's APEX-RI Portable Scale is made in the USA.
