The Ambco 650AB Audiometer System includes all the same equipment as the Model 650A plus one 9V battery for an extra power option that makes the AMBCO 650 fully portable.The AMBCO 650 Audiometer meets or exceeds all specifications and requirements for screening and threshold testing set forth by organizations such as the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment (EPSDT), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and others. Hearing Screening Tests are reimbursable under CPT code 92551. Threshold Hearing Tests are reimbursable under CPT code 92552.
