Rigid one-piece shelf frame with wraparound corners provides complete 360? capture of the wedge and post to ensure stability, and overall strength. Shelves have polymer shelf mats that are impact resistant for long life and quick-to-remove for easy routine cleaning. The shelf frames have a durable epoxy coating over an electroplated substrate. Shelf mats have built-in Microban antimicrobial product protection. Proprietary quick-release corner release enables fast, no-tool shelf adjustment. Each cart can safely store or transport 900 lbs. Units assemble easily - Shelves mount on four one-piece wedges along grooved, numbered posts. Shelves adjust on 1" increments.

Fast, Easy Assembly: Shelves are ready to use right out of the box. One-piece wedges securely attach to the posts ? Raised beads on the back of each wedge snap into the grooves on the post. Window on wedge aligns with numbers on the post to locate the desired shelf position. Shelf seats into position over the posts and wedges. A unit can be assembled without tools in minutes.
Four-shelf models: consists of sectioned open grid (vented) polymer shelf mats that promote air circulation and light penetration. Built-in ship's edge helps contain supplies.
