The MTI patented floating arm system's uniquely compensates or "floats" with the back section of the chair. This assures your patient’s always have arms in the proper position for comfort and use. These arms eliminate the need for continual readjustment of your patient arms and/or patient. The arms slide back for easy patient ingress/egress and are removed by pressing a button on the arm to facilitate better access to those patients with disabilities. The arm system also provides for a unique way to manage your patient's arms when in the prone position by swapping the arms (move the left arm to the right side and the right arm to the left side). This provides for arm rests when your patient making longer examinations and procedures much more comfortable.
