4" casters, 2 braking to hold it in place and make it easier to position for surgery
Handle removes and stores out of the way inside leg
The 3 swivel casters make is very easy to get into correct position despite it's size. Even though it does not slide under a standard OR table, that is not usually a problem. Most ortho tables are designed differently with more open space under the table near the surgical site. This is true with spine tables, compound traction tables and other specialty operating tables. For you large cases, this is the mayo stand for you.
