Thanks to the CanDo WalSlide Original, users of CanDo exercise bands and tubing just got a lot more options for their exercise routine. Versatile and effective, this vertical section of the WalSlide original is a wall-mounted, lightweight exercise station for use with resistance exercise bands and tubing. Also included is the 2' Adjustable Height Overhead Section, which completes the station. The key to the WalSlide's versatility and effectiveness is the sliding anchor, which is used on both the Vertical and Horizontal Sections. The anchor glides along the center channel of the section and can be locked in place at any point within the channel. Once the anchor is locked in place, bands, tubing or the pulley system can be attached and exercising can begin. The WalSlide is ideal for workouts that can be as strenuous or as easy as the patient prefers. Incorporating the overhead section adds a new plane of motion for your body to exercise on, allowing more areas to be targeted more effectively. With the anchor adjustable to any point in either channel and the entire Overhead Section able to be locked in place at ANY height along vertical section, users can enjoy a near customized and personalized workout. The unit is fantastic for decreasing shoulder pain and increasing shoulder range-of-motion. It also effectively helps target the arms, lats and trapezius muscles.
